Volunteer Of The Year Awards
The committee have planned something a little different this year. The committee would like to recognize the efforts of a number of our volunteers, to be rewarded with some of Webb St Brewing's finest.
Vote: Membership Year Change
Currently our constitution states that all memberships renew on 1 July. This made sense when we had to sort out annual access to Long Gully.
Now that is no longer an issue, the current committee proposes a change that would make all memberships due on their 12 month anniversary.
As this is a constitution change it requires a vote at the AGM, and 75% in agreement to pass.
Plans for the coming year
There are some wheels in motion, and the AGM is the best time to get feedback from the membership on this. We are looking for more "I would like to" or "I would like help with, or get help to do" type of ideas, rather than "You should.." styles.
So come grab a beer and a bite to eat and let's talk about doing more for MTB in Welly.
